Selection Criteria of Executive Committee and Advisory Council :
Executive Committee Members (ECM) are elected every three year in a General Body Meeting. Advisory Council is selected by ECM on merit, keeping in view the background of the individual, his qualifications and how much he/she can contribute to the cause of PKPA.
