Shamim Ahmed Javed Col (Retd). Himself a kidney patient. He received kidney from his brother. He conceived the idea of PKPA to help poor and underprivileged kidney patients, through this welfare organization.. . He was a devoted and tireless worker who worked till his last days to see PKPA progress and prosper. He expired on 03 Nov 2005 --- May Allah (SWT) rest his soul in eternal peace, Ameen.
